"It is not about art, also not about pure technique. It is about life, and therefore it is about finding a language for life.“

WHAT TALES DOES YOUR BODY WHISPER?
HOW CLOSE CAN YOU HEAR ITS SONG?
WHAT TURNS A SIMPLE GESTURE INTO POETRY?
WHAT SENSATIONS DO YOU FEEL?
In my classes, I explore movement, life, and what stirs us—diving deep into the body’s cellular memory to connect from within. The work weaves together the aesthetics and dynamics of dance with its original power of transformation, all touched by a playful spirit and the intention to release its full, vibrant energy.
I see dance classes and workshops as safe spaces where exploration, searching, and discovery can unfold. I believe dance has the power to (re)move the limiting perceptions we hold about ourselves. It helps us break free from how others may see us and instead choose who we want to become—planting that vision deeply into our bodies.
Our openness, choices, and willingness to stay true to ourselves—and our unique ways of moving—are key to allowing life to unfold in a way that serves both us and those around us. Dance offers us the freedom to try and fail, to fall and rise, to explore and grow, to jump with joy, roll with curiosity, and ultimately, to move through life with greater presence and authenticity.
Inspired by icons such as Pina Bausch, Anna Halprin, Moshe Feldenkrais, Steve Paxton, Hofesh Shechter, and Ohad Naharin, the approach weaves somatic practices with contemporary dance, Contact Improvisation, martial arts, yoga, acrobatics, acting, singing, painting, writing, poetry, and other forms of creative expression.
I regulary offer retreats, workshops, and open classes in Austria, Germany, and Portugal to encourage people in modern times to move, sweat, laugh, cry, and simply be themselves.

SENSE MAKING
"I think that when you are doing something that you love, it's like throwing a rock in the pool because that love is hitting the pool and then it starts radiating out. And so when you are doing something that you love and sharing it with other human beings you are doing something of benefit."
Meredith Monk
