Movement Facilitator &
Somatic Practitioner
My somatic practice is rooted in the belief that the body is our first physical home—a living archive that holds every experience until it's story is honored, seen, and fully felt. It is a vessel that yearns to move through this world with freedom, trust and ease.Through one-on-one and group sessions, I offer a safe space cultivated by sensitive listening, deep presence, and mindful touch - inviting you to settle into the nuanced language of your own skin.
Through this work, the rigid stories we carry begin to soften. You may find a deeper sense of belonging within, a quieting of the mental noise, and a newfound capacity to meet the world from a place of restful awakeness. It is an invitation to rediscover the fluidity of breath and the innate wisdom that resides in stillness.
