Cultural Manager​
Lina Lev is a multidisciplinary artist, dance/theater facilitator, somatic practitioner, and cultural manager working at the intersection of dance, theatre, and performance. As a creator, she develops pieces both with professional ensembles and in collaborative projects with young people.
For her, these fields are not separate disciplines, but a living interplay where creative expression, bodily wisdom, and clear structures come together.
​Out of this rich variety, she meets the world. Dedicated to empowering others, she guides individuals, teams, children, and adults through workshops and retreats in discovering a healthy, creative expression that builds emotional resilience and fosters authentic, peer-to-peer collaboration in everyday life. With this approach, she has been working extensively in schools, NGOs, theatres, collectives, and as dance therapist in psychosomatic clinics.

Over the past ten years Lina Lev has collaborated internationally as an artist, arts educator, manager and in production for renowned institutions, such as Theater und Orchester Heidelberg, Theater Heilbronn, Thalia Theater, Deutsches Schauspielhaus, Theater der Welt, Tanz im August, ImPulsTanz and SEAD - Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance.

DANCER, CHOREOGRAPHER & ARTS EDUCATOR
Lina Lev is a cross-disciplinary artist with a deep passion for dance, theatre, vocals, and visual arts. Her artistic practice focuses on process-oriented movement research, creative writing, and painting —most frequently developed in dialogue with international ensembles.

As an arts facilitator, she translates this multifaceted approach into educational and creative spaces for adults and young people. She has already collaborated with artists and companies such as Deichkind, Patricia C. Mai, Cie. Willi Dorner, Kollektiva., Katia Reshetnikova, Max Makowski, Anna K. Nemeth, and Cy Linke across Austria, Germany, Portugal, and Israel.

CULTURAL MANAGER
As manager with a decade of experience in the international cultural sector, specializing in the operational management of festivals, stage productions, and interdisciplinary teams her expertise spans a wide spectrum of the performing arts, from overseeing complex production logistics and tour management to the strategic leadership of dance companies.
